On Christmas Eve five years ago, Holly was visited by three ghosts who showed her how selfish and spoiled she'd become. They tried to convince her to mend her ways.
She didn't.
And then she died.
Now she's stuck working for the top-secret company Project Scrooge--as the latest Ghost of Christmas Past.
Every year, they save another miserly grouch. Every year, Holly stays frozen at seventeen while her family and friends go on living without her. So far, Holly's afterlife has been miserable.
But this year, everything is about to change. . . .

OMG! A female Scrooge story!!! Guy’s this is AMAZING! We love Christmas so much! It’s such a great time of the year! We especially love the movies and one being the Scrooge. We can’t wait to read this book. Cynthia Hand is also one of our favorite authors, we’re super excited.
Have you guys heard about this book? What do you think? Let us know in the comments below! We would love to hear your thoughts,

How have I not heard of this before?!?!! I totally agree with you! Who even knew I needed a female Scrooge story in my life, but I do and I so desperately want it now! Thanks for sharing!
I had this one on my TTT anticipated reads. I love A Christmas Carol, and can’t wait to read Hand’s spin on it.
